The charming hamlet of Elsted deep in the West Sussex countryside near Midhurst  is the location of this carefully executed brief.
The client is herself an interior designer and required that the wall cabinets were a particular proportion enabling the pains of glass to proportional harmonise with the exterior windows. The chimney breast was constructed with spice shelves on the right of the Aga and cookery book shelves on the outside right. tongue & groove is fitted to the walls behind the work tops with a 50mm timber up stand with a cockbead to the top edge.

  • Granite tops each side of the Aga with the remainder in solid Teak.
  • Cabinet colour is Farrow & Ball Lime White.
